Founder & CEO
Jason C. is a United States Marine Corps veteran and former police officer. "Semper" comes from Semper Fidelis — Always Faithful — the Marine Corps motto. It's not a brand exercise. It's a standard. Always building. Always showing up. Always in the fight for the businesses we serve.
After the military and law enforcement, Jason built and exited multiple small businesses in the Southern California market. That operator experience — the kind you only get when your own money is on the line — is what separates Semper Leads from agencies run by people who've never signed the front of a check.
Jason has served as fractional CMO to over 60 multimillion-dollar companies, including three Fortune 500 brands. He's seen what works at scale and what falls apart under pressure. Semper Leads is the distillation of everything that actually moves the needle — without the bloat, the vanity metrics, or the agency theater.
Here's the truth nobody in this industry wants to tell you:
Most marketing agencies are built on a broken model. They take your money, deliver some "assets," maybe run some ads for a few weeks — then disappear. You're left with a folder of videos nobody watches, an ad account nobody's managing, and a website that still doesn't convert.
We watched this happen over and over. Home service companies bleeding $5K–$15K a month on agencies that delivered "engagement" reports instead of phone calls. E-commerce brands throwing money at Meta ads pointed at sites that leak leads like a sieve.
So we built Semper Leads to be the opposite of that.
"Semper" means always.
Always building the foundation first. Always measuring what matters. Always in your corner — not just when the invoice is due. The name isn't clever marketing. It's a commitment to how we operate. It's the same standard Jason carried in the Marine Corps and in law enforcement: show up, do the work, and never leave your people hanging.
We use AI aggressively — but not the way most agencies do. We're not using ChatGPT to pump out 50 blog posts that all sound like a robot wrote them. We use AI to build infrastructure. To analyze competitors at scale. To identify revenue leaks that would take a human team weeks to find. To automate the tedious backend work so we can focus on strategy and creative that actually moves people.
The output is human. The speed and precision behind it is machine. That's the difference.
We're not for everyone. And we'd rather tell you that upfront than take your money and underdeliver.
But if you're running a real business and your marketing still feels like throwing money into a void — let's talk. The Foundational Audit will tell us both whether this makes sense.
