1.1 Semper Leads ("the Company") is the sole controller of Personal Data collected via our digital assets.
1.2 We act as your Systems Architect, collecting data strictly to engineer, deploy, and manage your "Always-On" lead infrastructure.
2.1 To calibrate your audits, project builds, and management systems, we collect Identifiers (Name, Email, Phone), Professional Context (Industry, Revenue), and Performance Metrics (Current Lead Flow).
2.2 Operational Records: We may record strategy and onboarding sessions for quality assurance and tactical precision.
3.1 Data is processed to maximize Operational Output by tuning AI agents and building custom CRM pipelines.
3.2 We use your information to verify that your business model is a tactical fit for our high-intensity growth frameworks.
4.1 Our internal tools connect to Google services (including the Google Ads API) solely to manage advertising campaigns for accounts that have authorized our access. We use this access to retrieve campaign performance data, generate and upload campaign structures and ad content, and produce performance reports. All changes are reviewed and approved by our team before implementation.
4.2 Semper Leads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising purposes unrelated to the authorized account, or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users.
4.3 Campaign data accessed through advertising APIs is processed in real time and is not stored in persistent databases.
5.1 No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data.
5.2 Secure Infrastructure: Your information is secured within the GoHighLevel ecosystem and enterprise-grade cloud environments.
5.3 US Operations: We are a US-based entity and do not intentionally collect data from residents of the EU/EEA.
6.1 We retain data for the duration of the operational partnership.
